Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Charges

Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available in selected locations. Additional COD charges may apply.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and/or email. You can use this link to track your shipment in real time.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If the order is undelivered after these attempts, it may be returned to us.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate. Activerse is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos/videos of the package.
