ACTIVERSE RETURN & REFUND POLICY


Our Promise

At Activerse, every product is quality-checked before it leaves our warehouse. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — no hassle, no runaround.


Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your delivery date, we are unable to offer a return or refund.


You Are Eligible for a Return If:

✅ The product arrived damaged or broken
✅ The product received is different from what you ordered
✅ The product has a manufacturing defect
✅ The item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging


You Are NOT Eligible for a Return If:

❌ The product has been used or assembled
❌ The original packaging has been damaged or discarded
❌ The return request is raised after 7 days of delivery
❌ The damage was caused by improper use or mishandling
❌ The product was purchased on sale or at a discounted price (unless defective)


How to Raise a Return Request

To initiate a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery through any of the following:

Please include the following in your message:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos or a short video of the product showing the issue

Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours of receiving your request.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Amount is credited back to your original payment method (UPI, bank transfer, or source card)
  • COD orders are refunded via bank transfer or UPI — please share your bank details when raising the request

If rejected:

  • We will notify you with the reason via email or WhatsApp
  • The product will be returned to you at no additional charge

Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges for defective or wrongly delivered products only. We do not offer size or color exchanges at this time.

To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return request above.


Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to a defect or our error — return shipping is covered by Activerse
  • If the return is due to a change of mind — return shipping cost is borne by the customer

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Products that have been used, washed, or assembled
  • Products without original packaging
  • Free gifts or bundled bonus items (e.g. free shaker included in combo kits)

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 7 business days of approval:

  1. Check your bank account or UPI app again
  2. Contact your bank — processing times vary
  3. If still unresolved, email us at activerseindia@gmail.com and we will investigate immediately

We aim to respond to all queries within 24 hours, Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 6 PM IST.


This policy is subject to change. The policy applicable at the time of your purchase will govern your return eligibility. Activerse reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
